Problems of learning

There are many reasons for that of which the most common ones are

  1. resistance to change
  2. complacency
  3. literacy problem –(difficulty with the English language)
  4. Phobia

People are generally quite resistance to change. This is especially so when technological changes take place at a rapid rate, when keeping up with these changes  is made even more difficult.

At the same time, the middle aged population may think that having work experience would make up for their inadequacies in  the lack of computer knowledge.

The general population make also lack the competency in the English language or educated enough to be able to pick up the necessary computers skills.

Last but not least people might even be frightened and lacked confidence to handle the computer for the fear it ,think that it is too high tech for them to cope
